STEP 01
APPLICATION

INTERVIEW
A member of the leadership team will reach out for an informal conversation. The goal is to understand who you are, what you are looking for, and whether you are the right fit for the unit.

TRIAL EVENT
You participate in a real event alongside the team. We evaluate your attitude, teamwork, and how you conduct yourself in the field before any final decision is made.

RECRUIT
You join the unit as a recruit. The first months are focused on adaptation, learning, and integration. A mentor accompanies you through this phase.

OPERATOR
You become a full active member with all rights and responsibilities. You participate in operations, training, and the continued growth of the unit.
