We only collect personal data when you voluntarily submit it through our Apply form (linked from the Recruitment page). The Recruitment page itself does not collect any data — it simply links to the Apply form.

When you submit an application, we collect the following information:

• Tactical / milsim experience (optional)
• Equipment you own (optional)
• Your motivation for applying

We do not collect payment information, government identification numbers, or any special category data. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies anywhere on this website.

The information submitted through the Apply form is used solely to:

• Evaluate your application to join Task Force MAKO;
• Contact you regarding the status of your application;

When you submit the Apply form, its content is sent directly by email to the unit’s administration team. Your application data is not stored in any database on this website — it exists only as an email message in our mailbox.

We retain application emails only for as long as necessary to evaluate your application and, if accepted, to coordinate your onboarding. If you would like your application data deleted, you can request this at any time using the contact details below.
